Nina’s fascination with the human body has led her to do a lot of work with emotional and physical trauma and how these things can lead to chronic pain. She works with re-regulating the nervous system to bring balance back into people's systems.
Client education is a priority in each session so that clients understand what is happening in their body.
Nina is also a biodynamic craniosacral therapist. This modality relies on the intelligence of the human body to facilitate healing and and is also incredible for processing trauma that has been stored in the body over years of experience.
Nina is also a instructor at he Manual Osteopathic College of Canada.

Completed training in reflexology for the head, hands and feet in 2016. As a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada she practices somatic, gentle reflexology that helps the body recover its balance and restore well being.

She also completed a 2-year training in Spiritual Healing
developed from the philosophy of Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama that focuses on deep understanding and integration of the
mind-body connection.
Lara can also be found practicing and teaching yin/yang yoga and tai chi; facilitating sessions in trauma recovery; and is a freelance editor and writer. In her spare time, you will find her reading or hiking (but never at the same time).
DENISE
Has 20 years of experience in the massage industry. She lived in Banff for ten years where she had her own business and now resides in Cochrane.

Her background includes myofascial release techniques, deep tissue, sports massage and a variety of different stretching techniques.
She has taught stretching workshops for RMTs in the past and enjoys teaching.
When she is not working she can be found hiking in the mountains, biking, hanging out with friends and just being in nature.
ALLY
Is from Medicine Hat Alberta, and graduated from the accredited massage therapy program at Lethbridge College in April 2020.

Ally has always had the interest in helping people whether that is mentally or physically, she believes that both mental and physical discomfort coincide with each other, and can affect your way of life if not kept on top of. Ally specializes deep tissue, therapeutic, and cupping massage. Ally also is passionate about pregnancy massage, children and youth massage and relaxation.
Ally enjoys treating discomforts in the hip and leg areas as she suffers from tears in ligaments in these areas herself. Ally believes deep tissue release cannot be accomplished unless the body is relaxed, she takes a relaxation approach to every appointment in order to calm the nervous system before releasing tension.
Ally listens with the intent to understand when approaching each treatment, and will work with you to get back to living your life as comfortably as you can!
DR. CEJAYE
Graduated from the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture finishing her Doctor of Acupuncture, specializing in Esoteric Acupuncture for physical and emotional pain management.

Her love and passion for Chinese medicine and Acupuncture developed as a natural progression from her extensive training in yoga. Cejaye was introduced to yoga over 20 years ago, and
studied extensively in anatomy, body mechanics and movement therapy.
Cejaye has also completed her nutrition degree in 2011,
Western herbology, Iridology and Reflexology in 2012, Reiki in 2016, and most recently, 2200hr Massage Therapy in 2020. Bringing in elements of nature, balance and peace into her wellness practice, you’ll be invited into a calming, safe space to connect, take a breath and pause into a relaxing environment to allow your body to heal.
Cejaye brings her passion and love of helping people into every session, and looks forward to supporting you with where you are needing to find balance and support.

Carrie
Carrie is a student Manual Osteopathic Therapist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Carrie is currently on maternity leave.

Carrie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2012 and completed her Clinical Exercise Physiology designation with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology in 2013.
She began her career with an interest in chronic health conditions and worked with breast cancer survivors for two years in a research and community program setting before transitioning to working with first responders. She administered yearly fitness assessments, taught kettlebell and strength training classes and provided exercise programming to firefighters. In 2019 she completed her Natural Nutrition Diploma with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and began providing nutrition consultations.
Carrie is passionate about helping her clients increase strength, quality of nutrition and reduce injury risk. She has received Manual Osteopathic Therapy treatments for 8 years which have kept her injury and pain free. Her personal success motivated her to delve into Manual Osteopathic Therapy as a career. She is excited to utilize her training as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist in conjunction with her exercise and nutrition knowledge to provide a holistic treatment experience.
When not studying or working, you can find her spending time in nature or in her kitchen making beef jerky.
Tara
A therapist with a Masters degree in Social Work and over 25 years of experience dedicated to supporting folks living with chronic pain, illness and associated anxiety, depression and PTSD.

Tara draws on her training in a wide range of therapeutic models including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as bringing her own personal experience of chronic pain and illness.
She is dedicated to supporting folks living with chronic pain, chronic illness, and associated anxiety, depression, insomnia and PTSD.
Each individual experiences their own unique journey with chronic pain and ill health, often with conflicting feelings of denial and acceptance; powerlessness and empowerment; loneliness and connection.
Tara offers a safe space to move through the grief and anger of your changing health and abilities, helping you to navigate changes to daily life and relationships.
Tara can share with you evidence based techniques to soften or reduce your experience of pain and untangle past trauma from your present.
She provides support and compassion as you face the challenge of acceptance and the process of reclaiming meaning, identity, and happiness.
MARION
Marion graduated in 2017 as a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.

Marion graduated in 2017 as a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, BCST, RCST®, based in Cochrane, AB and holds a valid membership of the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapists Association of North America.
She went through the two year training with Body Intelligence under Ged Sumner who is the Program Director of Body Intelligence Training which offers BCST courses internationally.
Marion had her own business for eight years before she attended the BCST training. She was always interested in holistic healing methods and took several classes over the years: homeopathy, nutrition courses, essential oils studies and Raindrop Therapy.
When she was introduced to Craniosacral Therapy, she discovered that this is what she wants to do: helping people to heal their bodies. She learns the most from her clients every day.
Marion supports her work through Qi Kung, Tai Chi, spiritual healing practices, painting and spending lots of time in nature with her family and dogs.

MaryAnn graduated from Trillium College in Ontario in 2009.

She has worked in a variety of settings but is most comfortable in a relaxing clinical setting such as Natural Balance Therapies. MaryAnn is an adaptable therapist who actively listens and can provide treatments ranging from relaxing to rehabilitation.
MaryAnn’s trauma informed approach to massage therapy centres on trust and collaboration with the goal of creating safe, individualized care for her patients. With several years of practice she has seen a variety of issues and enjoys treating people new to massage, prenatal, acute or chronic injury, PTSD or just someone who needs to relax.

Her experience coaching fitness classes and completing Yoga Teacher Training deepened her belief in integrating physical and spiritual practices for healing. Jarod
Graduating in 2018 from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Jarod loves discovering more of the picture. Relying on a blend of Reiki and direct neurological treatments, treating the body as a whole is always part of their process. Education is about half the job in Jarod's mind so be prepared to understand what's going on and how your system is responding. When not practicing, Jarod spends their time creating art or getting lost in nature and the mountains.
