The session is a unique blend of energy work, shamanic practices, and the intuitive skills of the practitioner. It provides an opportunity to deepen your relationship with the Self and to see your life and current situation from the perspective of your Higher Self/Soul.
During the session people often feel the energy working in their body, and can receive answers and insights, as well as visual content depending on their preferred way of intuitive communication.
Each session begins with a conversation to clarify your intention and ends with the practitioner providing a recommendation/practice to help integrate the session further into your life.
